Accessibility statement
This statement describes the accessibility support BMSAQ aims to provide across its public site and Challenge services, and how to report a barrier.
1. Accessibility aims
BMSAQ aims to support keyboard operation, screen readers, visible focus, zoom, 320px reflow, reduced motion, contrast, clear errors and touch access.
2. Challenge arrangements
Schools should request support early through the Organiser route. Authorised extra time and display arrangements are handled by school staff where available; specialist formats or other non-standard requests need BMSAQ review.
3. Report a barrier
If you experience a barrier while using BMSAQ services, email the page, device, browser or assistive technology and difficulty details. BMSAQ will explain the outcome and any available review route.
4. Statement review
This statement is maintained as the public site and Challenge services change. It was last reviewed on 14 September 2026.
